This Drury Blackened White Oak Cutting Board/Serving Board is 7 1/2" wide x 14 1/2" long (including handle). Drury serving boards are handmade with locally sourced white oak.
Pairing the tannic acid naturally found in white oak with a unique reactive finishing process results in a natural food-safe black dye. As with any natural process, variations in grain and color are expected. The surface is coated with organic fractionated coconut oil to hydrate the smooth matte surface of your serving board.

Serving Board Care
To keep serving boards from getting dry or brittle, oil is essential! After each use, or as often as needed, apply a liberal amount of board oil with a clean cloth to the surface. Give the oil time to absorb and wipe off excess oil. This will keep your serving board hydrated and ready to use for that evening craving of crackers and cheese or your elaborate charcuterie when entertaining.
