Reunion Handmade Ceramic Tableware: Inspired by Love and Culture
We’re excited to share our new Reunion Tableware, designed in collaboration with our youngest daughter and her husband for their garden wedding.
This collection of handmade stoneware pottery plates and bowls draws inspiration from Reunion Island, a magical destination in the Indian Ocean where the couple met and fell in love.
Reunion Island is known for French Creole culture, active volcanoes, and stunning blue waters. The island’s famous dish, carri—a spicy seafood stew — serves up perfectly in our Reunion Dinner Bowl. This nine-inch, flat-bottomed bowl is also great for one-dish meals, salads, and breakfast.
Our large Reunion Dinner Plate is generously sized at approximately 12 inches.
The Reunion Side Plate is approximately five inches in diameter and raised on a turned foot. It features a gentle curve, making it ideal for sauces, condiments, or a small dessert.
The collection comes in three main colors—Volcan Orange, Palmiste Blue, and Dodo Green—and offers multiple patterns you can mix and match.
Each piece in the Reunion Collection is handcrafted and made to order, though we will occasionally offer special ready-made pieces in accent colors like orchid and coral.
Every item is wheel-thrown from white stoneware clay and finished with lead-free glaze. Variations in size, shape, and finish exemplify the unique charm of handmade pottery
Reunion tableware is microwave and dishwasher-safe, though we recommend handwashing to preserve the finish.
